Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking, or preheat your air fryer to 400°F according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Pat the chicken tenders dry with a paper towel.
Season the Flour
In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir well.
Dip and Coat
Crack two eggs into a separate bowl and whisk thoroughly.
Dip each chicken tender into the whisked eggs, shaking off any excess.
Dredge the tenders in the seasoned flour mixture, ensuring an even coating.
Prepare the Fries
Rinse and pat dry the cut potatoes.
In a large bowl, toss them with avocado oil, salt, and black pepper.
Baking
Chicken: Place the coated chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spray or lightly drizzle with oil.
Fries: Arrange the seasoned fries on a separate baking sheet or on the same sheet if space allows (keeping a little distance to avoid overcrowding).
Bake: Put both sheets in the preheated oven. Cook the chicken and fries for about 10–12 minutes.
Flip and Continue: Remove the pans, flip the chicken and the fries, then return them to the oven for another 8–10 minutes or until chicken is golden and the fries are crisp. Make sure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
Serve and Enjoy
Plate the chicken tenders and fries together. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or honey mustard.
