Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Season the Trout:
Pat the steelhead trout dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Drizzle olive oil and melted butter over the trout.
Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Prepare the Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice, zest, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Remove from heat.
Bake the Trout:
Place the seasoned trouts on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
